Employee Manual Design

La Bouchée started as a cafe + grocery to support the Nuvole Loft Development. The aim was to create a space for the ever-growing international community in León, Mexico so they could feel closer to home by being able to purchase familiar goods from their home countries.
Created the logo and designed stationary, menus, interior and exterior signage, and employee handbooks.

THE CAFÉ
The café provided a space for locals to pop in for a quick cuppa or snack. Evening wine tastings paired with canapes and lessons from the sommelier brought people from the North and helped brand recognition in other parts of the city.
We encouraged Spanish language tutors to bring students to the space to help drive traffic from the local international community.
